HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Giovanni Astro has localities within New York, Tokyo & Milan, hence we offer free shipping on the majority of our products. All though because of the different logistics partners we are in cooporation with to provide you with the best possible prices as well as other unforseen events, the shipping of your package can take longer than the averages mentioned below.

International Shipping Time Estimates

20-29 business days

** For personalized orders the fabrication process may add anywhere from 5-7 buisness days to the expected delivery time.

HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS?

Once you have finished adding you selected items to the cart, simply click the “Check Out” button located in the cart page and we will easily guide you through the check out process.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).

Please note that in case of ordering via PayPal, your payment may remain pending for up to 21 days before being recieved by us. In this situation, as all of our products are custom made, we will not start the process until the payment has been accepted. We hope you understand our position.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. All though cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement, that is before our skillfull jewlers jave began the proccess of assembling your luxurious item. Send us an email at giovanni.astro.inc@gmail.com and let us know why you would like to cancel the order. After that, the refunds will be proceded within 24-48 hours of order cancellation.
